I received my January Birchbox this week, before I could check spoilers, so it was a complete surprise opening the box. Plus I didn't choose a sample this month, so I didn't know anything that would be in my box. I liked the Let's Do This theme for this month's box!

I was hoping to get hair products and I changed my profile to try to get some. And I received Toni&Guy Cleanse Shampoo for Damaged Hair and Toni&Guy Nourish Conditioner for Damaged Hair, so I was very happy. These work well and make my hair very soft and smooth. Plus I love the nice, subtle scent!
I also received Harvey Prince Hello Body Creme. I had received the perfume sample in a previous box, but I'm not really a perfume wearer, so I prefer the creme. This smells great and sinks into my skin nicely. I definitely need this through the winter months, so I was very happy to see this product included!
I received Manna Kadar Lip Locked in All of Me. I was not excited for another lip product. It seems like I have way too many. This says it's an all in one primer, stain, and gloss that's loaded with vitamins and berry extracts. I hated this color on me. It reminded me of something I may have worn in the 80s. It was too purple for my liking and just didn't work on me. I took a picture of the cute jewel on the top of the packaging.
The final sample I received was Supergoop! Daily Correct CC Cream SPF 40 in Fair/Light. I was not excited to receive another CC cream. It seems like I get quite a few BB/CC creams. But this one was great! I love Supergoop! products and this did not disappoint. It blended in easily and looked great, covering my under eye area flawlessly. My only complaint is I wish the sample was larger, because I need this as a staple in my beauty routine. I will definitely be re-purchasing this when my sample runs out!
I am very happy with my January Birchbox. I only received one product I wasn't crazy about, but found a few I may not be able to live without! I can't wait to see what I get next month. Plus I ordered the Limited Edition Fresh Start box that was released today. I couldn't resist this box!!! I already have a KOR water bottle and love it! And I felt like I needed those Bombas socks and all the beauty products. I'll review the box when I receive it!
