Elizabeth & Clarke Unstainable Shirt
This is exciting news for me and I hope it's exciting for you too! This product is exactly what I need! Elizabeth & Clarke, a company that I have blogged about in the past, has announced they are launching an unstainable shirt. Um, yes, please! And why has nobody done this until now?!? I have a 2 year old daughter and end up with stuff on my clothes from little dirty hands all the time. And I'm not the cleanest person when I eat, so this sounds perfect!
Elizabeth & Clarke is known for their classic, timeless pieces that are perfect for work or lounging around the house. It appears they will be launching an unstainable tee and an unstainable blouse, but unfortunately I don't have any details about what they will look like. The exciting part is, by signing up through my link you will be given a referral link and if you have at least 25 people sign up through your link you will get a complimentary unstainable tee a month ahead of the launch date when it will be available for purchase. Also, if you have over 50 people sign up through your link you will get a complimentary unstainable blouse! Plus, you'll be helping me get a free tee or blouse, and I'd greatly appreciate that!!!
So, what are you waiting for, sign up now!

Elizabeth & Clarke Spring 2014 (March)
Rating: Love It!!!!
Cost: $60, Premium Subscription
My Elizabeth & Clarke Spring 2014 Collection arrived. I was so excited to see these shirts in person. I couldn't really remember what I was getting, because I had ordered a few months ago. I chose The Premium subscription, which is 3 shirts per season and works out to be $20/shirt. I'm looking to build up my work wardrobe with some closet staples, so I couldn't pass up this deal.
Elizabeth & Clarke designs 3 new shirts each season (every 3 months) and you can purchase 1-3 shirts from the collection each season with their different subscription options. They also allow you to choose from 2 additional shirts featured in past collections as your selections. From what I've seen of past collections, there is always at least 1 shirt that I HAVE to have!!!
My shipment arrived in an Elizabeth & Clark box with an information card with details of all the shirts in the Spring 2014 collection. The shirts were folded nicely with cardboard inserts and packaged inside large Ziploc clothing bags. The presentation upon opening the box was pleasant. Here's a couple of pictures to show the packaging and what I received.
The first shirt in the collection is The Hutton. It is a grey, modal tee shirt with a boat neck. This is a very soft shirt that fits well (not really tight, which I prefer) It is machine washable and dryer safe. I love this because you can dress it up and wear it as a work staple or dress it down for the weekend. (I took pictures of the shirts upon arrival, so this is what they will look like when you receive them, right out of the packaging. They are a little wrinkled, sorry.)
The next shirt in the collection is The White. It is a soft, silky, durable Crepe de Chine classic button down shirt with a covered placket. This shirt fits comfortably and will be great as a classic work staple. I need a few shirts like this in my wardrobe! It is also machine washable and dryer safe, which is perfect. I think this will look great tucked into a jacquard pencil skirt!
The final shirt from the collection is The Arden. It is a Crepe de Chine black sleeveless shirt with a covered placket. I'm usually not too crazy about sleeveless shirts, but I wanted to try this out for something different. I know I can make it work with a cardigan or blazer, but I'm also going to try to move outside my comfort zone and style it other ways. Any suggestions??? This shirt is also machine washable and dryer safe. I think that's why I was so excited to try this subscription. I love clothing with easy care!
I love the shirts I received in the Spring collection and can't wait to wear them all. They feel like great quality shirts, and are also very comfortable! I already selected the shirts for my Summer 2014 collection too, which will ship June 1st.
Have you tried Elizabeth & Clarke? What do you love about it?

Thursday Thoughts
I'm linking up with Jen from Ramblings of a Suburban Mom for Thursday Thoughts.
I'm so excited for all my subscription boxes to arrive this month. I thought it would be a fairly uneventful March, because I was trying to cut back (which really didn't end up happening). I should be getting my first Elizabeth & Clarke Spring 2014 Collection any day now. I'm so excited to see the quality of the shirts I chose. I also already chose my shirts for the Summer 2014 collection, because I couldn't resist one of the shirts.
The Truman (E&C Summer 2014)
I'm very excited for the Popsugar Must Have Limited Edition Resort box (this is sold out now). I ordered this box without even thinking (I'm in desperate need of some warm weather and no more snow). When they released the spoiler I was so happy I purchased on impulse. I love this Cuyana Turkish Towel and can't wait to see it in person. I'll be happy with any color!!! I think I'm really going to love whatever they decide to put in this box, honestly. Anything that makes me think of warm weather, is going to be a hit with me right now.
When Popsugar Must Have releases a Limited Edition box I always think the regular monthly box won't be that great that month, so I was very happy when I saw the spoiler they released for the monthly box. I love it and I can't wait to see it in person. I'm sure it's going to be a great box month!!! Plus 10 subscribers still have the chance for the Lollia gifts to be included in their March box. I'm sure I won't be one of them, but I'll be happy for the ones that do win!
Golden Tote March Pick
Also, because of the trading forums I was able to trade the chevron sweater that was too large for me for an amazing spring coat, that I'm so excited for! I needed a coat with a hood that was light weight and this is perfect, plus it has some cute details and a tie waist to make it more fitted. And the people I've traded with have all been so kind. I've had nothing, but pleasant experiences!
As I look out my window and watch the snow coming down, it's clear spring weather is not coming soon enough. I hope all these boxes provide me with the relief from winter that I need at this time of the year. Is anyone else needing Spring?!?
I need to tell my favorite story regarding Spring. When my oldest niece was very young, probably around 3 or 4 we were shopping in Lowe's this time of year. They had the garden center open with all the bright flowers and we had to walk in there, because it was so tempting. When my niece saw it she immediately said, "Oh, so this is where they've been hiding Spring!" I've never cracked up so hard in my life. I still think of that story every Spring (it's probably been about 7 or 8 years now). We really could have written a book with all the clever things that girl says, haha!
