Popsugar Must Have November 2016

I know I said last month that my subscription to Popsugar Must Have was done and I wouldn't be getting it anymore, but I couldn't resist when I saw spoilers this month. So, I ordered the November box and it arrived last week. I was so excited for this box after seeing what was in it. I don't know how I'm going to let this box go. Month after month this box is my favorite!

Popsugar always includes an information card explaining everything in the box. The inspiration for this month was togetherness, elegant, essentials, inviting, and celebration.

The first item in the box was the reason I needed to order! The Kendra Scott Elaina Rose Gold Bracelet in White Pearl is gorgeous. Retail price $50. I've been begging on the surveys for Popsugar to include a Kendra Scott piece. So, it figured that they did when my subscription had ended. This bracelet is so dainty and pretty and definitely my style. I love the clasp on this bracelet because it's always guaranteed to fit and it looks pretty too! This alone made the box for me.

The next item included was Pehr Chambray Runner in Wine. Retail price $44. I love this and it's a great table accent for the holidays! This doesn't totally go with my décor in my dining room, but I loved this so much that it went right on my table and I think it looks great! I was so happy to see a different type of item included in the box and I love the Pehr brand. In fact, I also ordered the Popsugar Winter Box for Her to get the Pehr throw, because it looks amazing!

I also received Stowaway Cosmetics Dawn to Dusk Palette. Retail price $25. I needed a new eye shadow palette for traveling, so this will be perfect. It's the size of a credit card (just a little thicker) and won't take up much room, which I love! Plus the colors included are neutrals and very pretty. I can't wait to try this palette.

The next item was another great home item. The AJ Goods Nest Wire Bowl is perfect for my décor! Retail price $35. I really like this bowl and it's a large size which will be perfect for my kitchen. I'm still trying to figure out what to use it for, but I'm sure when I figure it out I'll love it. This is an amazing box!

Also included was Meri Meri Star Party Picks. Retail price $8. These are cute and went with the theme of the box very well. I'm not sure what I'll use them for, but I'm sure I'll figure it out over the holidays.

The final item included in the box was Oogie's Snacks Oogie's Gourmet Toffee Butter Popcorn. Retail price $2.99. This is yummy! I was craving popcorn and this was the perfect sweet treat. And I saved some to share too!

This was a great Popsugar Must Have box. I loved everything in it and am already using most of the items. I won't be getting the December box, but I'm sure it will be another great box. And I just might cave if I see something I can't resist!

Popsugar Must Have October 2016

I received my Popsugar Must Have box for October a couple days ago. I always look forward to this box each month and seeing the great stuff included. But, sadly this was the last of my 6 month subscription, so I won't be getting the box anymore. This was the most difficult subscription box to cancel and I'll miss it so much. I'm trying to save money for awhile, and this is the subscription box I've held on to the longest. I'll be so sad not to get these boxes anymore.

Popsugar always includes an information card explaining everything in the box for the month. The inspiration for October was Reinvention, Warm, Cozy, Snuggly, Inspiration, Happy!

There were a couple spoilers for this month's box. The first was my favorite item in the box. The Henri Bendel Packable Umbrella is beautiful! Retail price $58. It's the signature brown and white stripe with accents of pink. It seems like it will be a sturdy umbrella and I love the compact size. These are the types of umbrellas I like to travel with. I'm still using the umbrella we received from Popsugar last time, which was many months ago. This umbrella will be my new favorite! Plus it goes with the Henri Bendel makeup bag I use in my purse (that was also from Popsugar)!!!

The next spoiler included was a special extra. The Power Your Happy book written by the founder of Popsugar Lisa Sugar. Retail price $25. I can't wait to read this book. It looks like exactly what I need!!

Lalicious Brown Sugar Vanilla Shower Oil and Bubble Bath was included this month. Retail price $28. This is not a brand I've tried before. It looks like it will smell nice. My skin needs more moisture heading into Fall, so I'll be using this. I like that it's an oil too.

Another item in this month's box was My Cup of Cocoa Dark Drinking Chocolate. Retail price $4.99. This looks delicious and goes with the next item in the box very well!

The Morning Culture Rise & Shine Diner Mug goes great with the hot chocolate! Retail price $16. This mug is so simple and plain in the best way. I love it! Plus it's a large mug and I like it's curvy shape. I can't wait to drink tea and cocoa out of this cup all Fall and Winter!

Also included was the Makeup Eraser Mini. Retail price $12. The packaging on this looked like a pink eraser from school. I love it! The cloth is small, but feels soft. I haven't tried it yet, but it's supposed to remove all makeup by just adding water. And it's good for 1000 washes. This will be perfect for traveling too. I love getting functional products from Popsugar that end up being products I can't live without. I think this may be one of those!

The final special extra product included was Revlon ColorStay Liquid Eye Pen. Retail price $8.99. I need some new eyeliner, so I was happy to see this. I can't wait to try it.

I really liked the October Popsugar Must Have box! I will use everything, but I think everything would also make great gifts if I could part with it. It felt like a perfect Fall box. I can't wait to curl up on the couch with a cup of hot cocoa and the Power Your Happy book. It's a perfect way to spend the Fall rainy days we've been having lately. I'll be so sad to not see this box anymore. I know I'll be missing out on lots of great stuff. I'm sure I'll still be reading the reviews to see what I'm missing.

Popsugar Must Have September 2016

I received my September Popsugar Must Have Box and I had looked at spoilers, so I knew what I'd be getting. I wasn't too excited for this month's box, because I knew one thing definitely wouldn't work for me.

Popsugar Must Have always includes an information card explaining everything in the box. It also includes the inspiration for the month. This month's inspiration was glamorous, eye-catching, indulgent, bold, timeless, sartorial.

The spoiler for this month's box was the Jack & Lucy Bicoastal Wide Brim Hat. Retail value $58. Hats never work for me because I have a small head and they always look too big on me. This hat is adjustable and has strings inside that you can pull to make it tighter. Even with the strings tighter the hat looks too big on my head and I just can't pull it off. I'll be gifting this to a friend that can. It's a very nice hat and will look great with Fall outfits, just not for me!

The next item included was NCLA MANI-ER Tool Kit. Retail value $16. I really like this usefull little kit. This will be great to throw in my purse, because I always need a nail kit and don't have one in my bag. This is a tiny little kit that won't take up much room in my bag. I love that it zips shut, so nothing falls out too. I really like when we get useful items in subscription boxes that I don't already own. This is perfect!

The Briogeo Don't Despair, Repair! Deep Conditioning Mask is a product I've sampled from Birchbox. Retail value $36. I was happy to get a full size version in Popsugar this month. This works well to make my hair really soft and smooth!

I also received Flint Lint Roller. Retail value $9.99. I like this small lint roller to keep in my bag or my desk at work. I'll definitely use this! This one is retractable, which I really like. It won't take up much room and won't get stuck to everything in my bag. We also received lint sheets in The Zoe Report Box of Style this month, so I'll have to remember to use them both.

The Smith & Cult Lip Lacquer in The Warning is a new brand to me. Retail value $22. This color does not look like something I would pick out for myself, but I'm kind of excited to try it. I hope it's a color that goes on sheer, because I don't think I'll wear it if it's too bright.

The final item included was The Gluten Free Bites Dark Chocolate Coconut Bites. Retail value $4.99. These look really yummy, but I haven't tried them yet. I can't wait to!

The Popsugar Must Have for September had some good things, but I'm disappointed the biggest item in the box I won't be able to use. It will make a great gift though! There were already a couple spoilers for the October box, and I'm much more excited for next month's box. I hope it ships early, because I can't wait to see what else is included!

Love with Food September 2016

I received my September Love with Food box last week and had a chance to try most of the snacks. We get a lot of the same kinds of snacks each month, so I don't think I'll miss this subscription when it runs out. My daughter loves it though. She gets excited when she sees the red box on the counter and always checks out what is inside.

I think Love with Food stopped including information cards explaining what is in the box, because we didn't get one for the second month. They include a card, but it doesn't say what's in the box.

The first sample included was Loacker Cocoa & Milk. These were yummy cookies that didn't taste overly sweet. I liked them!

The next item was hard candies. I didn't get a chance to try these because my daughter ate them. She said they were good!

The Cosmos Creations Caramel Apple Crisp Premium Puffed Corn was my favorite snack this month. It tasted like the perfect Fall snack! It had a great apple caramel flavor and the crisps were light and crunchy. Yum!

I wasn't sure I would like the Lance Gluten Free Cheddar Cheese Bite Size Sandwich Crackers. These were much better than I expected. They didn't taste gluten free at all, they were very light and crispy and tasted just like regular cheese crackers. This was a welcome surprise!

The Super Food Bunches of Crunches is one snack we haven't tried yet. It looks good!

The Black Forest Organic Gummy Cherries were sweeter than I expected. These weren't my favorite snack. I thought my daughter would love them, but she ate a couple and didn't want any more. Too sweet for us all. 

I don't really like bars like the Orchard Bar Bites Strawberry, Raspberry, and Walnut. I tried this when I was really hungry and it tasted like all natural ingredients, but was much too sweet for me. I expected it to just have a little fruit, but this was packed with fruit. It wasn't what I expected.

The final snack included was Vermont Uncured Pepperoni Turkey Stick. I don't like these types of snacks and usually don't try them. My daughter reached for this yesterday and made me try a bite first. I didn't like it, but like I said I don't like these types of snacks, so I wasn't surprised. It was a little spicy, so my daughter didn't like it either. 

The September Love with Food was okay. It had some good snacks and some snacks I wouldn't try again. I hope they send something different next month, maybe something pumpkin favored for October, because that's my favorite!

Popsugar Must Have Bridesmaid Gift Collection Box

I love Popsugar Must Have and I love when they curate gift collection boxes. I'm not getting married, but when I saw what was in the Bridesmaid box I knew it'd make a great gift for friends. Rue La La offered the boxes for $25 (50% off), so I jumped at the chance to pick up 2 for the price of one!!! These boxes are worth the $50 cost, so getting them half off was a steal.

I couldn't wait to open these up when they arrived. They were packaged in heavy duty, nice white boxes similar in quality to the limited edition boxes. And there was a bridesmaid themed wrap around the box. Since I'm not using these as intended, I will re-package them, but this was a great presentation!

The inside had tissue paper, and a sticker like all Popsugar boxes!

Popsugar also included an information card in this box! And everything was wrapped in white tissue paper. The box wasn't very full, so I will be packaging everything in a smaller box for my friends.

The first item in the box was the Kendra Scott Kiri Necklace in Slate. Retail price $50. I love Kendra Scott and bought this style necklace in black pearl for myself. The slate stone is a light smoky gray color that will go with everything! Getting this necklace in a box with other items for $25 was the reason I ordered. Even buying this box for $50 is a great deal! Kendra Scott necklaces are rarely on sale and I love this simple style and stone color. This was packaged so nicely with a blue bow and definitely ready for gifting. It also came with the bag to keep the necklace in. This was my favorite item in the box!!! I'm tempted to keep one for myself.

The next item included was June Jacobs Spa Collection Papaya Body Balm. Retail price $40. This is paraben and preservative free and smells amazing. I really loved how the whole box smelled like papaya when I opened it up. It's not an overwhelming scent and I really liked it! And this is a full size lotion. I never really know what to expect in these types of boxes, so I was very happy!

The final item included in the box is Obsessive Compulsive Cosmetics Lip Tar Set. Retail price $39.50. We received a nail polish from this brand in a Popsugar monthly box a while ago and it continues to be my favorite nail polish, so I was excited to get a different product by the brand. These are bright and fun colors that are not going to be for everyone, but I really like them. I love that a small lip brush was included in the set also. And I love the names of the shades Divine, Electric Grandma, and Strumpet!

I am really happy with the Bridesmaid Popsugar Must Have Gift Collection Box. It was an amazing value for what I paid and I can't wait to give them to my friends, because I think they'll love them! I think these would also make a very fun Bridesmaid gift!!! Popsugar also has baby gift collection boxes that are very nice, if you need a baby shower gift. Check them out.
